The trick to successfully vetting a prospect on a first date, while simultaneously keeping the energy light and fun, is knowing what questions to ask and how to ask them. What are their likes and dislikes, what do you have in common, what does he or she do in their spare time?
For example, work, his or her family, hobbies, pop culture, and favorite music are all surefire bets. If you’re savvy, you’ll realize that certain questions–even the most basic ones—have the ability to tell a lot about a person.
When I started writing Ask a Guy, I had no idea that it would take off like it has.
This one may look innocent at first, but it too speaks volume to a guy if he's paying attention.
But I have a confession to make: I don’t answer every question that comes into my inbox.
I would love to be able to – I just don’t have the time. But on a positive note, I can offer the next best thing: A consolidated post all about answers to the most frequently asked dating tips and relationship problem advice questions that I see.
These random flirty questions will get you where you want to go much more efficiently than if you were taking things slow.
If you don’t feel comfortable using some of these, test them on your bestie and let her tell you if you’re doing a good job.
